Jungle Bird
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz blackstrap rum
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 simple syrup
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
Steps:
- Add the rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Pisco Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Angostura bitters for garnish
Steps:
- Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.
- Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass or rocks glass.
- Garnish with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters.
Americano
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Campari
- 1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- Soda Water, chilled, to top
- Orange twist for garnish
Steps:
- Fill a highball glass with ice, then add the Campari and sweet vermouth.
- Top with the soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
Soju Cosmo
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Soju
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
Steps:
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine soju, cranberry juice, lime juice, and Grand Marnier.
- Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a lime twist or a cranberry skewer
Limoncello Spritz
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 1oz club soda
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Lemon wheels, for garnish
Steps:
- Mix by the glass: In a wine glass or tumbler, filled 2/3 of the way with ice.
- Pour in the prosecco, limoncello, club soda, and simple syrup
Mezcal Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- Salt of the rim of the glass
- Lime wedge for garnish
Steps:
1. Start by salting the rim of your glass. To do this, pour a small amount of salt onto a plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass to moisten it, then dip the rim into the salt.
2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the mezcal, lime juice, and triple sec.
3. Shake well and strain into the salt-rimmed glass over ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy
Hugo Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz St-Germain
- 2 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz Soda Water
- 8 Mint Leaves
- Lime wedge and Mint Sprig for Garnish
Directions:
- Pour St-Germain over ice in a glass
- add mint and top with Prosecco and soda water
- stir to combine
- garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge
Pomegranate Tequila Paloma
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Santaleza Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, then pour in all ingredients.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds (until outside of shaker is frosty).
- Strain and pour into a glass.
Strawberry Soju Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1/4 cup Soju
- Ice
Directions:
- Blend strawberries, lemon juice, simple syrup, and soju with ice until smooth.
- Share between two glasses and garnish with a strawberry slice.
Spicy Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Patron Silver Tequila
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz Vita Vera Triple Sec
3 jalapeno slices
Tajin for the rim
Directions:
1. Muddle jalapeno slices in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and all remaining ingredients
3. Shake vigorously
4. Strain into a rocks glass with ice
Apertivo Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Espolon Blanco Tequila
1 oz Vita Vera Triple Sec
3/4 oz Vita Vera Apertivo
3/4 oz orange juice
1 orange wedges
Sugar, for rim
Ice, for shaker
Directions:
1. Place sugar on a small shallow plate. Rim the glass with an orange wedge and then dip the glass into sugar to coat the rim.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add tequila, triple sec and Apertivo. Shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with orange wedge and serve.
Mezcal Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz Dos Hombres Mezcal
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. Vita Vera Triple Sec
Salt for the rim of the glass
Lime wedge for garnish
