Ingredients :

3 ounces Aperol or Apertivo
3 ounces Prosecco
1 ounce cranberry juice
2 ounces club soda
1 orange wedge
1 orange zest twist
1 sprig of rosemary

Steps :

1. Combine the Apertivo, Prosecco and cranberry in a glass with ice.

2. Add in an orange wedge and a twist.

3. Pop in a sprig of rosemary for festiveness.

Ingredients :

1 cup cranberries (thawed if frozen), plus more for garnish
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon orange bitters
1 750-ml bottle Prosecco, chilled
Seltzer, chilled, for topping

Steps :

1. Muddle the cranberries with the brandy and sugar in a small bowl until the cranberries are in small bits and the sugar is dissolved.

2. Strain into a large liquid measuring cup and stir in the bitters. (This can be done a day ahead; cover and refrigerate.)

3. For each drink, add 1 ounce of the cranberry mixture to a glass filled with ice.

4. Top with about 4 ounces Prosecco and a splash of seltzer.

5. Garnish with cranberries.

3 to 4 tablespoons Chambord
1 (750 ml) bottle dry sparkling wine or Champagne, chilled
1/4 cup fresh raspberries, optional

Steps :

1. Add 2 to 3 teaspoons chambord to each flute.

2. Drop in 3 to 4 raspberries.

3. Fill each flute with sparkling wine & serve immediately.

1 Bottle (3 Cups) Prosecco
3 Cups Frozen Sliced Peaches
1/2 Cup Peach Juice or Nectar Optional
Fresh sliced peaches for garnish Optional

Steps :

1. Add the Prosecco, peaches, and peach juice to a blender.
2. Cover and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately garnished with fresh peach slices if desired.

1/2 ounce St-Germain
1 sprig mint
4 ounces Prosecco, chilled
1 ounce soda water, chilled
Garnish: mint sprig

Steps :

1. Add the St. Germain and mint sprig into a wine glass. Gently muddle and let sit for 3 minutes.

2. Add ice, the Prosecco and the soda water and stir briefly and gently to combine.

3. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wheel.

Ingredients :

Honey Syrup
-1/4 cup honey
-1/4 cup water

Bourbon and Honey French 75
-1 ounce bourbon whiskey
-1 ounce fresh orange juice
-3/4 ounce honey syrup
-1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
-4 dashes orange bitters
-Champagne or prosecco
-Orange Twist

Steps :

To make the Honey Syrup, in a 1-quart saucepan, mix honey and water. Heat about 2 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat; and set aside 1 hour to cool. Pour syrup into glass jar. Cover jar; refrigerate until ready to use. Makes about 1/2 cup.


1. Add the bourbon, orange juice, honey syrup, lemon juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake well.

2. Pour into a cocktail glass.

3. Top with Champagne.

4. Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy.

Ingredients : 

1 heaping tablespoon of fig jam or preserves
pinch of cinnamon (optional if jam isn't spiced)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1.5 oz of rye whiskey
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 small sprig of lemon balm (can substitute fresh thyme)

Steps :

1. Fill a martini shaker with ice.

2. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain and pour into a glass.

3. Serve immediately.

Ingredients :

3 oz. Bourbon
3 oz. White chocolate liqueur
8 oz. Egg nog
2 oz. White chocolate
4 Candy canes

Steps :

1. Place two candy canes in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin or a soup can.
2. Melt the white chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave for 30 - 40 seconds and run the edges of two cocktail glasses through it.
3. Place the crushed candy in a shallow dish and run the chocolate rimmed edges of the glasses through it.
4. Place the glasses upside down (to keep the candy from sliding down until it has set) in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the bourbon, white chocolate liqueur and egg nog to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, shake well and pour into the prepared glasses.
6. Add the remaining candy canes to be used as stirrers.

2. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with grated nutmeg and star anise.

0.5 oz of Peppermint Liqueur
Mug of Your Favorite Hot Chocolate
1 dash Vanilla Extract
Mini Marshmallows and Candy Cane to garnish

Steps :

1. Make your favorite hot chocolate in a mug.

2. Add Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey, peppermint liqueur and vanilla extract.

3. Garnish with marshmallows and a mini peppermint candy cane.

4. Enjoy the Holidays!

2 oz bourbon
2 tbsp raspberry preserves or jam
1 oz triple sec
2 oz orange juice
1 oz club soda

Steps :

1. In a shaker filled with ice. Add in bourbon, preserves, triple sec, club soda, and orange juice. Shake vigorously.

2. Strain into glass filled with ice.

3. Garnish as desired.

Ingredients :

2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Maple Syrup
.5 oz Simple Syrup
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Maraschino Cherries

Steps :

1. Add 1 cup of crushed ice into the cocktail shaker. Pour all ingredients into the shaker and shake for 30 seconds.

2. Pour into a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube.

3. Add Maraschino Cherries and serve.

Ingredients :

1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup finely granulated sugar
2 cups sliced seasonal fruit
1 bottle (750 mL) red wine
1/4 cup orange liqueur
2 cups orange juice
Topo Chico or soda water (optional)
Additional orange or lemon wedges for garnish

Steps :

Bourbon-Soaked Fruit

1. In a shallow glass dish, add sliced fruit, making sure to evenly distribute the fruit in the container.

2. In a separate bowl, add the granulated sugar and bourbon. Stir until sugar completely dissolves.

3. Pour the bourbon mixture into the fruit dish and add a small amount of water so that the fruit is almost covered with liquid.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Sangria:

1. In a large pitcher, add red wine, orange liqueur, one cup of orange juice, and strained fruit.

2. Place sangria in the fridge for 1-4 hours to allow to chill and the flavors to combine.

To serve:

Add ice to your favorite glass. Pour a small amount of orange juice into the bottom of the glass.

Layer with sangria, fresh fruit, and orange or lemon garnish.

Optional: Top off the drink with seltzer or Topo Chico for added fizz!

1 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
3 oz orange juice
2 oz whiskey
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
2 sprigs thyme
2 oz ginger beer

Steps :

1. Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into chilled glass.
3. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with orange peel and fresh thyme (optional)

Ingredients :

2 cups unfiltered apple juice
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons mulling spices, (or blend of cloves, nutmeg, star anise, allspice)
¼ cup orange juice
3 oz bourbon

Steps :

1. Pour apple juice, cinnamon sticks, mulling spices, and orange juice in a pot.

2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer the cider for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle.

3. Add the bourbon, then stir to combine.

4. Pour through a strainer into two glasses and enjoy immediately.

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz Chocolate liqueur
1 oz. Coffee liqueur
1 cup Hot Chocolate
Whip shots

Steps :

1. Whisk milk and cocoa powder together and warm over medium heat

2. Stir in vodka, chocolate liqueur and coffee liqueur.

3. Top off with whip shots.

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Coffee liqueur
3/4 oz. peppermint schnapps
1 oz. heavy cream
Peppermint stick garnish

Steps :

For each drink, combine 1 ounce each vodka and coffee liqueur and 3/4 ounce peppermint schnapps in a short glass; fill with ice. Pour in 1 ounce cold heavy cream. Serve with a peppermint stick.

  2. Serve in a pink sugar-rimmed glass.

  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice 
  • 2 oz. apple cider

  1. Shake vodka, lemon juice, egg white and apple cider in a cocktail shaker for 30 seconds. 
  2. Add a scoop of ice and shake for another 30 seconds. 
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a dash of cinnamon and star of anise.

  • 4 cups cranberry juice cocktail

  1. Combine the cranberry juice, vodka and lemonade in a large dispenser and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  2. When ready to serve, add ice and ginger ale.

Steps: 

  1. Pour the fresh lime juice into a copper mug. Then add vodka and blue curacao. 
  2. Pour in ginger beer and add crushed ice. 
  3. Top with blueberries, slice of lime, and rosemary sprig.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp chocolate syrup 
  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka 
  • 1 1/2 oz. chocolate liqueur 
  • Chocolate gelt coins for garnish 

Steps: 

  1. Pour chocolate sauce in a small dish. Turn stemmed cocktail glass upside down and dip the rim in chocolate. 
  2. Combine vodka and chocolate liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 
  3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and pour into the cocktail glass. 
  4. Serve with gelt coins.

  1. Salt the rim of your glass and fill it with ice. 
  2. In a shaker, mix ice, tequila, lime juice and simple syrup. 
  3. Pour into salted rimmed glass and garnish with a slice of lime.

  • 1 oz. Kavlana Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

Steps: 

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the tequila, blue curacao, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Shake well and pour everything into the prepared glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
